In last few decades Supply Chain management has brought the revolution in the most of industries and helped by many companies to increase their performance in terms of increase in profits, reduction in lead time and inventories. It has helped the process industries to overcome the competition in today’s globalize world by providing an edge over the other competitors. The review of literature on Project supply Chain management, we found sufficient scantiness of research to undertake study to understand the need of execution of supply chain management practices in most of projects. Therefore, we endeavour this study to explore and understand the nature of supply chain management in case of Residential Project in Nashik region. The challenges and complexity of Project management is extensive in fast track project and magnitude of supply chain initiative is more demanding in Residential Project. In this regard, we undertaken a survey study and captured the responses of Industry Practioners involved in Planning, Procurement, design and execution of Mega Projects in Nashik region. The survey study encompasses the role of various supply chain players such as Clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors with special reference to residential projects. This study is particularly conducted for Nashik region so; the survey study has resulted into dimensions and factors, which have direct implications for practicing managers involved in residential projects of Nashik region particularly.
