Impact of Artificial Intelligence in Financial Decision-Making

The research paper examines the way various people feel and see the impact of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in making financial decisions. A structured questionnaire was administered to various people via a convenience sampling method to determine the familiarity, confidence and usage of AI tools, including predictive analytics and robo-advisors, using a mixed-method methodology. According to the findings, most of the respondents perceive AI as a beneficial power that makes work more efficient, better in decision-making, and risk assessment. Nevertheless, numerous people highlight that human judgment should be used to complement AI-based insights. Issues like data security, excessive technology dependency, and transparency deficiency were also raised. Overall, the paper notes that although AI has greatly enhanced financial operations, human skills are still important in making ethical and balanced decisions. The study suggests developing AI proficiency and a synergistic relationship between AI and human intuition to enhance the results of financial decision-making.
