Orofacial syndromes are complex conditions where the concurrence of oral and systemic findings often serves as a critical diagnostic indicator. For dental professionals, the transition from theoretical awareness to clinical "presumption" the ability to anticipate secondary complications and long-term management needs is vital for early diagnosis and multidisciplinary care. This study aimed to evaluate the levels of awareness, scientific knowledge, and management presumption regarding orofacial syndromes among undergraduate dental students.
