This study has examined the way conversational AI is transforming modern service business and how it can streamline tedious customer service, enhance effectiveness in operations and enhance employee and customer satisfaction. The research singles out the best practices that can be used to introduce AI-based chatbots to balance between automation and empathy, transparency, and ethics. It achieves this through the use of primary survey data, face-to-face interviews and literature review. Based on the results, advanced conversational AI systems, which are embedded in digital platforms and motivated by adaptive learning, can respond quickly, precisely, and customized to large scale and reduce the cost of operating. The research concludes with recommendations on future research directions, including improving the omnichannel support, increasing the ability of AI to support more complex and multimodal interactions, and increasing the integration of AI behaviour with volatile user requirements to provide genuinely intelligent and user-centric services.
