Abstract

Background: Entrepreneurial performance critically depends on higher-order cognitive abilities and stress self-regulation in demanding professional contexts. In a competitive economic environment, advanced neurotechnological interventions can offer effective solutions for optimizing productivity, attention, and autonomic balance in entrepreneurs. Objective: This study evaluated the effectiveness of a multimodal neurotechnological intervention—including personalized qEEG-based neurofeedback, gamma (40Hz) cerebral photobiomodulation, heart–brain coherence biofeedback, and non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation (Nurosym)—in enhancing cognitive performance and reducing stress in active entrepreneurs. Method: This prospective, randomized, controlled clinical study included 300 entrepreneurs, equally divided into experimental and control groups. Participants were assessed using objective measurements (qEEG, cardiac coherence) and validated psychometric tools. Pearson correlations, multiple regression analyses, and effect size measurements (Cohen’s d) were conducted for productivity, attention, and stress. Results: Analyses revealed that although no significant correlations were found between cognitive variables, multiple regression showed a strong predictive model (R² = .502, p < .001), in which productivity (β = .34) and attention (β = .33) positively predicted overall performance, while stress had a significant negative effect (β = –.22). Cohen’s d indicated a very large effect of the intervention on all three variables: productivity (d = 2.68), attention (d = 2.78), and stress (d = –2.55). Conclusion: The findings support the efficacy of multimodal neurotechnological intervention in enhancing cognitive performance and regulating stress in entrepreneurs. Integrating these methods into national-level professional optimization and burnout prevention strategies is both scientifically and clinically justified.
