Abstract

Introduction: Success in the modern corporate environment depends directly on mental clarity, decision-making speed and team collaboration ability. The complexity of daily decisions and the high level of stress require effective, scientifically validated solutions to optimize professional performance and emotional balance. Objectives: This controlled, randomized, and multicenter clinical trial investigated the efficacy of a multimodal neurotechnology intervention – quantitative EEG neurofeedback (qEEG), brain photobiomodulation (alpha and gamma), and heart-brain biofeedback – on mental clarity, decision-making speed, emotional stress, and team performance in corporate employees. Methodology: The total sample of 400 participants, employed from the urban corporate environment (25–35 years), distributed balanced by gender and educational level, was equally divided into experimental group and control group (200 participants each). The study was conducted over two years, with two distinct therapeutic sessions per year, each session consisting of 30 sessions (3 weekly sessions for 10 weeks), followed by a therapeutic break of 6 months. Initial and periodic evaluations included qEEG Brain Mapping and heart coherence measurement (GP8 Global Performance) for assessing physiological and emotional stress. Results: Rigorous statistical analysis (T-test for paired samples and ANOVA with repeated measurements) demonstrated statistically significant improvements (p < 0.05) in mental clarity, decision-making speed, and team collaboration and communication ability. Global and local EEG coherence improved substantially in the strategic areas analysed (Brodmann 7, 13, 33, 40, 45, 47). Heart coherence and heart rate variability showed significant improvements, indicating an objective reduction in physiological and emotional stress. The therapeutic effect was confirmed by the large statistical effect size (Cohen's d between 1.8 and 3.2), indicating extremely high clinical and practical relevance. Conclusions: Multimodal neurotechnology intervention has proven effective and valid in significantly improving mental clarity, decision-making speed and performance of corporate teams, with direct benefits on stress reduction and communication optimization. These results recommend integrating multimodal neurotechnology into companies' continuous professional development programs, providing a significant competitive advantage and a sustainable strategy for human resource management and long-term organizational performance development.
