Abstract

This study investigates the impact of perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) on electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) among users of the PLN Mobile application in East Java, with trust serving as an intervening variable. The research employs the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to analyze how these perceptions influence user behavior and trust, ultimately affecting e-WOM. The findings indicate that both PEOU and PU significantly influence e-WOM, with trust acting as a mediator in these relationships. The findings indicate that both PEOU and PU significantly influence e-WOM, with trust acting as a mediator. Users who find the app easy to use and beneficial are more likely to share positive experiences. The study confirms that enhancing the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of the PLN Mobile app can significantly improve user trust and encourage positive e-WOM.
