Oobleck, non-newtonian fluid, fluids, Boger fluids , shear thinning fluids, cornstarch-water mixture.

A 3:2 mixture of cornstarch and water when mixed thoroughly is called a Non newtonian fluid also known as an Oobleck. As the name suggests this mixture is Oobleck does not follow the laws of Newtonian fluids and fails the connection between stress and strain. Moverover, under certain conditions Oobleck behaves like a solid and under some behaves like a liquid. This research paper is an attempt to delve more into the knowledge of Non - Newtonian fluids.
