Background: In recent times, arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction has become a highly popular surgery. An extended research in follow-up of ACL reconstruction in autologous hamstring graft is required, along with clinical and functional comparative analysis of various fixation methods. Graft fixation techniques range from endobutton- a suspensory fixation techniques to interference screws- a aperture fixation techniques. Objective: To evaluate femur fixation with endobutton versus interference screws after arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using autologous hamstring grafts. Methods: The study comprised total of two groups total of 66 patient who had autogenous hamstring ACL restoration and had at least a 6-month follow-up evaluation. The group underwent interference screw fixation at femoral tunnel and the endobutton fixation on the femoral side. Both group patients were examined prior to surgery and post procedure at 3, 6, 16 and 24 weeks of followup . T
