CRC is one of the major malignant tumours with a high rate of incidence and mortality. These percentages reflect 9.7% of all cancer diagnoses and 8.9% of all cancer-related deaths in people of both sexes. These findings show that CRC is a serious health issue that requires more research to identify novel anti-cancer medicines and obtain more knowledge on how to improve therapy outcomes. MM.1S and MM.1R were cultured in 6-well plates at a density of 2.5 105 cells/well. BCP (Sigma-Aldrich, St. Louis, MO, USA; purity >80 percent) was applied to the cells for 24 hours at concentrations of 50 and 100 M. Cells were taken after BCP treatment in order to conduct molecular analyses, immunofluorescence, and fluorescein diacetate/propidium iodide (FDA/PI) labelling. Additional cannabinoids' pharmacological targets, such as transient receptor potential vanilloid receptor 1 (TRPV1), orphan G-protein coupled receptor (GPR)55, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors (PPARs). The PI3K/Akt/mTOR signalling system, which regulates cell proliferation, is abnormally active in a number of malignancies as well as in MM patients, suggesting that a medication that suppresses this route may be useful in the treatment of MM. FM can be treated with a variety of pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods. The main goal of pharmaceutical treatment is to reduce the concentration of pro-nociceptive neurotransmitters. Pregabalin, duloxetine, and milnacipran are the only medications that have received FDA approval for treating FM
