Mobile service providers are having a difficult time attracting users to their 5G services due to the quick global spread of 5G networks. Even with 5G technology's many advantages such as higher capacity, less latency, and quicker data rates many users are still unwilling to switch to the new network. As evidenced by previous studies, few consumers are actually willing to move to 5G networks, with many citing perceived value, cost, and coverage concerns. Furthermore, in order for mobile service providers to create successful marketing campaigns and hold onto their customers, they must understand the elements that drive consumer preference towards 5G networks due to the severe competition among them. Therefore, by analyzing the impact of consumer behavior, perceived value, and other pertinent aspects in affecting consumer attitudes towards 5G adoption, this study intends to analyze the elements influencing customer preference towards 5G networks with the sample size of 80 in Coimbatore city. The findings reveal that customers' preferences for 5G networks are primarily influenced by perceived value, security, and network dependability. Customers are more likely to embrace and stick with 5G if they believe that faster speeds and reduced latency are crucial features.
