The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources (HR) recruitment has been gaining traction in recent years as technology continues to advance at an unprecedented rate. This paper aims to provide an overview of the evolution of HR recruitment and the role of AI in modern talent acquisition. Traditional HR recruitment practices have been plagued by limitations and challenges, leading to the emergence of AI-powered tools and platforms. This paper discusses the various ways in which AI is transforming the recruitment process, enhancing candidate experience, and addressing bias and diversity. However, the use of AI in recruitment also poses ethical considerations and challenges, which are explored in this paper. Finally, this paper concludes with suggestions for organizations looking to incorporate AI in their recruitment processes.
