ABSTRACT: This study looks into how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is changing HR (Human Resources) procedures in businesses. It investigates the use of AI technology in hiring, talent management, employee engagement, and HR analytics by combining the body of current research with actual data. In addition, the article examines the potential benefits and drawbacks of incorporating AI into HR procedures, as well as how they may affect job positions, corporate cultures, and ethical issues. This study offers insights into how HR professionals are using AI to improve workplace efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic decision-making through a thorough investigation. Through robotics innovation, which encompasses both AI and the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI) has created enormous prospects in the workplace. Industry 4.0 is thought to offer possible advantages in precision, efficiency, and flexibility. Many adjustments are needed to achieve Industry 4.0, one of which is the Human Resource (HR) role. The HR department's ability is more important in Industry 4.0 and offers the company an advantage. In order to cope with the challenges and requirements, HR competence needs to be more circumspect and flexible. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program and Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) were used to analyze the data that was gathered. The findings showed that obtaining sustainable development requires a basic understanding of hierarchical organization analysis. The human asset capability and adaptability are supported by all five of the AI application areas of HR. Improvements in safety and well-being were seen as essential elements of the AI application in HR.
