Kaizen is a significant tool in lean manufacturing, promoting ongoing enhancements in performance, cost, and quality, with everyone from top management to frontline workers actively engaged in the process. This approach is gaining traction in textile and apparel manufacturing, combining work and process improvement while controlling costs.
