Validation, packaging and sampling
Validation plays a important role in ensuring and maintaining quality of the final product consistently across different batches. It is an integral part of the manufacturing process, as it assures that each step is validated to produce a high-quality end product. This study focuses on the effectiveness of producing voriconazole tablets. The process validation of the three batches of voriconazole tablets involved observing various process variables such as shifting, dry mixing, granulation, drying, size reduction, compression, inspection, and packaging. Following the approved protocol for process validation, at different stages samples were taken. The analytical results demonstrated that all findings were satisfactory and well within the specified parameters, ensuring the quality of the manufactured voriconazole tablets.
