The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the Event, Booking, Package, Client, and supplier.Event Management System is user friendly and cost-effective system, it is customized with activities related to event management.
We're fastening on creating an ‘Event Management System' for an ‘Event Management Company’. Event operation system website used for organizing a professional and focused event, with client’s demand. It involves imaging generalities, planning, budgeting, organizing, and executing events similar to marriage observances, exhibitions, birthday fests, theme parties, etc. The system allows only registered druggies to log in and new druggies are allowed to register on the website. The design provides the utmost of the introductory functionality needed for an event. It allows the user to select from a list of event types. Once the user enters an event type e.g. Marriage, Dance Show, etc. this data is also transferred to the director (website proprietor) and they may interact with the customer as per the party’s budget and demands. Also, the admin may suggest different plans as per budget through the website. The client selects his stylish and creative plans through his login Consequently the event will run successfully. After the event client can give his feedback online. All data will be stored in the database. This system will reduce paperwork, client traveling, material cost, and comforting force hence creating a hassle-free way of managing an event
