Abstract

Job satisfaction comes from the Latin words "Satis" and "facere," which mean "enough and to do," respectively. Surveys on job satisfaction might provide the most useful data on perceptions and causes. Employee attitudes about job satisfaction can be either good or negative depending on whether they are satisfied or dissatisfied with their jobs. Negative emotions can be changed, and this pleasant sensation can be forced back in. This survey is unquestionably the most effective and efficient technique to get employees to express their genuine feelings. Any potential future course of action or development that involves employee involvement is taken into consideration. The management will learn about the readiness and acceptability of its employees.
