The main goal of treatment should be to avoid serious hypertension complications such as heart attack, stroke, and heart failure. The microsphere has the properties of a free-flowing powder that contains proteins and synthetic or natural polymers. The advantages of advanced drug delivery systems over traditional multi-dose therapy are numerous. The drug delivery systems in the microsphere are suitable for delayed or sustained release formulations with low dose repeatability risk and short gastric habitation time. The current review delves into the therapeutic aspects of the microsphere drug delivery system, including the required area for micro particulate, the types of polymers used, the method of preparation, the types of microspheres in detail, microsphere parameters and targeting, and practical aspects of microspheres.
