Abstract:
In the present work, series of di-hydrazone derivatives of adamantly moiety has been prepared by condensation of di-hydrazide with different aldehydes and ketones to give the corresponding di-hydrazone derivatives. The structure of newly synthesized compound is established by FTIR, 1HNMR and elemental analysis. The new synthesized compounds were tested for the activities against S. aureus bacteria. The results revealed that the compounds display potential antibacterial activity against S. aureus bacteria.
