Abstract: The pulse may now be extracted from films utilising the colour fluctuations in the skin caused by blood circulation, thanks to recent research. If you've ever seen someone flush, you'll recognise a shift in the colour of their face. Our strategy, on the other hand, makes use of a chance occurrence. Blood intake has an impact on more than just skin tone. As a result, the head shifts as well. Amplification of video can enhance movement that is too small to be seen with the naked eye. When our heart rate rises, we all move like bobbleheads, but the amplitude is much smaller. During each cardiac cycle, the left ventricle contracts and rapidly injects blood into the aorta. Approximately 12 milligrams of blood circulate from both of your carotid arteries to your brain in a 24-hour period. As it flows through the vascular system, this surge of blood puts pressure on the skull. The force of blood on the head equals the force of the head on circulation due to Newton's third law, resulting in a cyclical, reactionary head movement. This characteristic was used to develop a method for identifying pulses in conventional head movies. We represent the head motions in the movie using one-dimensional signals rather than two-dimensional visuals. We'll be able to establish an average pulse rate and pinpoint specific beat areas for further clinical testing using this data.
Keywords: bare eye, bubbleheads, aorta, ventricle.
