| Abstract: | Internet has made online learning possible, and many educators and researchers are interested in online courses to enhance and improve the student outcomes while battling the shortage in resources. Online learning has more flexible access to content and instruction at any time, from any place. The use of online learning has become an important part of higher education. It assists students in their learning, develops learners, skills, motivation and knowledge, prepare them for being productive in their workplace of today’s society. “IMPACT OF ONLINE LEARING ON STUDENT EFFECTIVENESS” shows the student learning towards E- learning. The data was collected from 150 students from various colleges. The data was analyzed and used the statistical techniques of frequency and percentage score. The study conducted that E-learning is a system that provide time flexibility to the students for their learning and motivates students to do their work without help. |
