Abstract:
A mosque is one of the community organizations that manages its resources in a mosque, mosque resources come from the congregation both individually and in groups, Good governance (Good Mosque Governance) is absolutely necessary to increase the congregation's trust as a contributor to the mosque. mosque organization. Takmir or mosque administrators who manage all mosque resources must be able to fulfill the interests of the congregation, so that the congregation feels comfortable and well served. This research uses qualitative research with the theory used is the theory of interest. The results showed that the Baiturahman Banyuwangi Grand Mosque had implemented the principles of Good Mosque Governance even though it was not yet perfect. And the management considers that with the Good Mosque Governance they feel helped and motivated to continue to improve the quality of governance in the implementation of the Baiturahman Grand Mosque in Banyuwangi.
