Fabrication and Analysis of Combustor

The purpose of the experimental project carried out was to diminish emissions and increase fuel consumption efficiency in an annular combustor of micro Turbo-Jet engine. It was designed in PTC Creo, fabricated and built with automobile turbo charger. The model of combustion chamber is identical to some DIY turbojets, but it was altered in flame tube holes and diameter length ratios. In addition, GI 18 used as outer shell of CC, mild steel was used as a flame tube material and simulated in ANSYS.
