Abstract:
A simple, Accurate, precise method was developed for the simultaneous estimation of the Grazoprevir and Elbasvir in Tablet dosage form. Chromatogram was run through BDS C8 (150mm 4.6mm, 5µ). Mobile phase containing Buffer Acetonitrile and methanol in the ratio of 45:55 was pumped through column at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Temperature was maintained at 30°C. Optimized wavelength for Grazoprevir and Elbasvir was 260nm. Retention time of Grazoprevir and Elbasvir were found to be 2.164min and 3.297min. %RSD of the Grazoprevir and Elbasvir were found to be 0.4 and 0.5 respectively. %Recover was Obtained as 99.99% and 99.58% for Grazoprevir and Elbasvir. LOD, LOQ values were obtained from regression equations of Grazoprevir and Elbasvir were 0.30ppm, 0.92ppm and 0.21ppm, 0.63ppm respectively. Regression equation of Grazoprevir y= 12298x+1919 and of Elbasvir is y = 20859x + 2050. Retention times are decreased and that run time was decreased so the method developed was simple and economical that can be adopted in regular Quality control test in Industries
