Abstract: In this current research work unique derivatives of aryl piperazine synthesized from two different schemes. In the first scheme novel derivatives of N-(4-(benzo[d]indol-2-yl)phenyl)-2-[4- (arylsubstituted)piperazines-1-yl]acetamide and in second scheme N-(4-(benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)phenyl)-2-(4- (arylsubstituted)piperazin-1-yl)acetamide synthesized. For the physical characterization of synthesized compounds their melting point and thin layer chromatography performed. For the structure elucidation of synthesized compounds their spectroscopic analysis data calculated from infra red spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy and Mass Spectroscopy performed. Anti-microbial evaluation of synthesized compounds performed from zone of inhibition (mm), minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC).
