This paper concentrates on sharing in the first place an introduction to Sentiment Analysis; Understanding the need of utilizing sentiment analysis and why it requires a huge amount of consideration. We here attempt to examine about how sentiment analysis can be performed and utilized by any organization to comprehend the opinions of a single individual or a vast mass of individuals. Without a doubt, with the progressing time new systems, tools, APIs are being produced and overseen. Additionally, we've attempted to exhibit the working of sentiment analysis with a case of a hotel survey, legitimizing the sentiments of the guests about the hotel.
