Abstract:
The employee engagement may result in better organizational performance in the units. It is the expected result from the units. The organizational performance covers various aspects in the performance of the organisation. It includes the production, productivity, profitability and the organizational culture. Eventhough the components of organizational performance are too many, the present study confine to components.
