Abstract

Chronic diseases such as osteoarthritis, diabetes affect millions of individuals worldwide impacting their quality of life. These chronic diseases cannot be cured permanently, but they can be effectively managed through practices such as yoga and nutritious diet. While pain killers are an other option, they come with potential health risks. There is a necessity for well developed guidance for food and yoga recommendations. The web application aims to develop a web-based application that offers personalized yoga and dietary recommendations to individuals with chronic diseases. This system helps patients to manage their health issues and help in maintain proper diet and guidance. All you need is to give some of the parameters such as age, gender, severity of pain, previous injuries, lifestyle. The platform uses advanced machine learning algorithms to analyze user input and generate clear recommendations with instructions.
