| Abstract: | Everything can be measured through its quality as well as quantity. But quantitative data can indicate a measurement of any aspect. And quality refers to functional aspect or we may coin as implementation and reflection. So qualitative aspect plays an important role on every aspect of life. Always we are ensuring all round development of a being, that is the role of education on every aspect of life which justifies as education starts from mother’s womb and ends at death. ‘’Education is the third eye’’. It opens the windows to see the phenomena. That means education should have some special impact, or some special ingredients that creates a quality individual or quality society. When we go through the educational aspects of education from the periods of Veda to till date, the need of the day has been changed a lot and change is a nature s law. Again, if we concern about the changes, it may have some positive impact and may have some negative impact. But for sustainability every individual should have to cop up with the today’s life style and should have to stand up to face the problems ana to solve the problems. That means the preparation for sustainability for which need is to learn and to enhance skills, to get information, to inculcate the knowledge, power to solve the problems think in a constructive way, divergently. Convergently etc etc. All together we can say need of practical utilitarian value as the skill-based learning makes a man perfect than the bookish knowledge. So quality education refers to the aspects which can help an individual to give the scope for fullest development that is physically ,mentally, emotionally ,morally, aesthetically etc. It can enhance cognitive aspect irrespective of caste, creed, race ,gender, age etc. the education what will help the learner for preparation of life to get success in organised way. To full fill the above aspects the role of a teacher is very specific and to make the teacher as a quality teacher there need qualitative teacher training, with proper research. EDUCATION Is Life.
