| Abstract: | Abstract: Genus Mikania micrantha (Asteraceae) may be a perennial travel vascular plant that may be found in South and North America, continent Pacific Islands and geographic area, together with Southern China and Malaya. Previous studies have according that this plant possesses many pharmacologic properties which may be used stop and cure many diseases. It’s smartly growing perennial creeper that grows best in areas in high humidness, light-weight and soil fertility, although it will adapt in less fertile soils. The featherlike seeds are distributed by wind. One stalk will manufacture between twenty and forty thousand seeds a season. Phytochemicals found from varied components of M. micrantha are joined anti-antioxidant, anti- microbic, anti-tumour, anti-inflammatory drug, anti-stress, and additionally anti-diabetic activities. The first aim of this paper is to review obtainable scientific info on the organic process, phytochemicals and pharmacologic properties of M.micrantha to supply baseline info for future studies. |
