Paper Title: DESIGN OF REAL TIME OFFLINE VOICE OPERATED MINI GADGET

Abstract: In recent years the offline voice recognition has gained many advantages. As we all know that we cannot get internet everywhere in the world like remote areas thus it became disadvantage in real time. By using this offline voice assistant, we can communicate to the robot or the device without using internet. BitVoicer is a software that enables us to do speech recognition and in turn enables the simple devices connected to it with low power so that it becomes voice operated. We can use this software in our PC and it has inbuilt operations or predetermined sentences to identify the words spoken and to run the command. This BitVoicer uses either PC inbuilt microphone or external connected microphone to recognize voice. We can control devices using this BitVoicer through a microcontroller which we use is Arduino. BitVoicer sends the commands to microcontroller connected to it and through that controller either we can control devices or we can get the reply back. In this paper we would like to develop an offline voice operated mini gadget which will respond to our commands and also replies.
