This work aims to automated sand filtering and separator system efficiently filters sand, removing unwanted particles, stones, and other waste. The system utilizes a motorized shaft mounted horizontally, connected to a filter frame with a mesh bottom and enclosing frame. A rod links the shaft to the filter frame, optimizing horizontal motion. A supporting frame secures the filter frame, ensuring precise motion. When the motor is activated via a motor controller circuit, the system initiates sand filtering. This automated process meets various sand filtering needs, streamlining industrial and construction applications.
