Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the impact of social media marketing on Mamaearth's brand image, exploring its influence on consumer awareness, perception, and loyalty. Employing a mixed-methods approach combining social media data analytics, online surveys, and in-depth interviews, the results indicate a significant positive impact of social media marketing on Mamaearth's brand image.
