This study aims to investigate the level of customer satisfaction towards Britannia biscuits, a leading brand in the Indian biscuit market. An quantitative research approach was employed, and a survey was conducted among 100 customers who purchase Britannia biscuits. The results indicate that customers are generally satisfied with the quality, taste and packaging of Britannia biscuits. However, there are areas for improvement, such as pricing and availability. The study also revealed that customer satisfaction is influenced by factors such as brand loyalty, product variety and promotional offers. The findings of this study provide valuable insights for Britannia Industries Limited to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, ultimately driving business growth.
