Digital marketing is also known as online marketing or web marketing. The main objectives of this study were to raise brand awareness for general public and increase the portion of online behavioural advertising. To analyse customers expectation and build long term relationship. This study revealed that seventy percentage of marketers list increase brand awareness through social media marketing. The digital marketing has some important elements to promote a product they are SEO, PPC, social media marketing etc. The digital marketing planning has three important terms in marketing management they are opportunities, strategy and action. The methodology was used in this study was descriptive qualitative using interview and participant observation. This study was concluded that promoting a product through digital marketing is cost effective and it’s also influences in measurable way to connect with customers in day today life.
