Recent advances in excellent manufacturing practices (GMP) have revolutionized the
pharmaceutical industry by improving product quality, ensuring patient safety and optimizing
operational efficiency. A key component of quality assurance, GMP ensures that the drug is
consistently produced and controlled according to regulatory standards. This minimizes the risk
that can't be eliminated by testing the final product.guidelines include all production stages, from
the distribution and decisive factors such as raw material sourcing, packaging, contamination,
device verification, and employee training.
The introduction of risk-based testing systems is an important development in GMP. Regulators
are currently focusing on resources for higher risk products and agencies to ensure testing is
tailored to the potential risks of various drugs. This approach improves the allocation of
regulatory resources while simultaneously maintaining quality safety and quality. Furthermore,
