Abstract: Abstract: Public libraries have historically served as essential institutions in communities, providing individuals with the opportunity to access a wide range of knowledge and resources. Nevertheless, in the current era of rapid digital advancements, libraries encounter the obstacle of adjusting to shifting customer requirements and preferences. This research study investigates the capacity of predictive analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to transform the user experience in public libraries. Libraries may enhance their services by utilizing data-driven insights and intelligent technologies. This enables them to provide personalized suggestions, manage the allocation of resources, and create more engaging and inclusive environments. The paper will explore particular implementations of predictive analytics and artificial intelligence, including forecasting the popularity of books, suggesting pertinent resources, and improving library services through the use of chatbots and virtual assistants. Furthermore, it will address the ethical ramifications and difficulties linked to the implementation of these technologies in public libraries. The primary objective of this research is to showcase the potential of predictive analytics and artificial intelligence in enabling libraries to enhance their services and maintain their significance in the era of digital advancements.
