Despite the implementation of ADR prevention strategies and regulation measures, ADRs constitute still one of the significant issues in contemporary healthcare, primarily with regards to the augmentation of medical treatments’ varieties, the ageing population, and growing levels of multimorbidity. This paper portrays some of the facts about ADRs and also discusses some extents of aspects on prevention, diagnosis, reporting and management in the present day practice.
