Vesico-vaginal fistula (VVF) is still a major cause of concern in many developing countries. It represents a significant morbidity in female daily routine life. The diagnosis of the condition has traditionally been based on clinical methods, dye testing and new methods has also been evolved. A successful repair of such fistulas requires an accurate diagnostic evaluation and also depends on surgeon’s skills and experience.
