Success achieved in the investigation of the reaction between Benzohydroxamic Acid and Ruthenium(III) gave encouragement to extend this interesting work with Rhodium(III) . It was considered worthwhile therefore to synthesis and structure of the Rhodium complex with Benzohydroxamic Acid.
