Leadership style is a key variable to get things done by departmental leaders of the organisation. There are many styles of leadership and types are varying from organisation to organisation with many others bases. Senior teachers of the educational institute preference of leadership is sought as per the leadership style of Hersey and Blanchard with some changes.
