Abstract: The study, which is based on a case study of the NGOs sector in Nangarhar, aims to determine the impact of transactional leadership style and transformational leadership style on project success. Afghanistan Additionally, the study used a survey approach to gather data, and the targeted NGOs circulated the adopted questionnaires. Additionally, we employed straightforward random sampling procedures to add to the sample frame. Out of a total population of 600, a sample size of 300 was chosen. Additionally, we have applied a variety of statistical tests, including model summaries, regression, and correlation. According to the study, the success of projects is positively correlated with both transactional and transformational leadership styles. According to the study, both transactional and transformational leadership styles are favorably connected with project performance.
