Abstract

The large percentage of adults with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). In these article we study the antidepressant drug that is Dextromethorphan (DXM) and bupropion (BUP) In that study of mechanism of action of the dextromethorphan and bupropion drug. In that also include there brand name, trade name, other name, license data and study about inhibition metabolism of dextromethorphan (CYP2D6 Substrate) by the enzyme Bupropion (CYP2D6Inhibitor) bupropion distribution and metabolism, side effect, adverse reaction of dextromethorphan and bupropion
