Abstract: All farming operations benefit from the agri-fresh food business since it has the ability to increase agricultural income and create a large number of job opportunities. The agriculture sector is the backbone of the economy in developing nations. The term "Agri-fresh Food Supply Chain Quality" (AFSCQ), which will be used throughout the remainder of this work, refers to the standard of the operations and the final product from the farm through the distribution of the food items or from the farm to the customer. Due to the perishable nature of the commodity, high levels of demand and price uncertainty, rising customer concern about the safety of their food, and reliance on meteorological circumstances, the AFSCQ is extremely complex. The AFSCQ has a significant impact on environmental sustainability since its methods are applied throughout the whole supply chain. Organizational sustainability differs from conventional performance indicators in that it takes into account economic, social, and environmental sustainability in addition to other elements like sales, return, and market share. A thorough literature research was conducted for this study in order to identify the environmental sustainability variables and AFSCQ practices.
