Human resource is a most important, complicated and potential resource to any organisation. The human resource is a most crucial resource acting as a major determinant factor of any concern’s success or failure. Employees management in an organisation is not that easy as the organisation manages its non-human resource. Therefore, it is a crucial area in an organisation to which requires special attention and care and bring the best out of it. The present study will focus on to know the job satisfaction of employees and their problems in their job and working place in banks. The study will also explore the need and job satisfaction and the factors determining the job satisfaction of employees in the public sector banks.
