In this study, various approaches for producing doped TiO2 using metallic and non-metallic nanocrystals are examined. Due of a number of characteristics, including great physicochemical stability, low cost, and non-toxicity. In photocatalytic, photovoltaic and dye dye-sensitized solar cells applications; TiO2 is one of the most often used semiconductors. TiO2 has differing bang gaps in its rutile and anatase crystalline phases, respectively, of 3.0 eV and 3.2 eV.
