Companies are under great pressure to keep costs down during difficult times. At the same time, globalized markets respond so quickly that they need to cope with rapid changes. and continue to strive for long-term business goals. Any organization's ability to improve is determined on its talent. Any organization's most difficult problem is talent management. Finding, attracting, developing, and maintaining the appropriate talent is a key management task, and once the right talent is found, the next step is to keep it.
