Abstract: Abstract Accepting Digital marketing is not a new concept, but rather a means of adapting to shifts in the media and communication environment. Digital marketing communication in B2B markets does not replace conventional marketing communication; rather, it integrates and uses synergy to maximise the effect of recognition, preference creation, and marketing automation. Enter the novel corona virus, which causes Corona virus disease (COVID-19), a highly infectious disease that has infected over 4 lakh people worldwide. Since it is transmitted mainly by contact with an infected person (when they cough or sneeze) or through touching a surface that has the virus on it, remaining at home is the safest way to protect yourself. This has resulted in a rise in global online shopping use. It has resulted in an increase in the number of FTUs, or first-time ecommerce users, in India, who had previously been unable to shop online. The SARS epidemic in 2002, which infected over 2700 people, is also considered to have had a significant impact on people's shopping habits, as they were afraid to shop outside. This study enlists the participation of 120 online and offline shoppers in the Cuddalore district, with analyses focused on demographics (gender, age, education, and income), product satisfaction and loyalty, price sensitivity, and recommendations.
