DNA Fragmentation ,Human Spermatozoa
Sperm DNA integrity is essential for effective fertilization, embryo growth, pregnancy, and genetic material transmission to progeny. DNA fragmentation is the most common DNA abnormality in male gametes, and it has been linked to poor semen quality, low fertilization rates, poor embryo quality, and preimplantation development, as well as poor clinical outcomes in assisted reproduction techniques. This paper outlines thetypes, causes and method of detection of spermatic DNA fragmentation
