Abstract:
The study aimed at finding out the effect of transactional leadership styles on employees’ performance in private sector of Oman.The main objective of this study was to explore the effect of transactional leadership styles on performance of employees and for this descriptive survey research strategy was used in which 100 responses were collected. The leadership styles were measured through the Multi factor Leadership Questionnaire modified to fit the context of the study.
